Previously operating under MG Hospitality Management, Leadwell started out in Singapore as a leading multi-skilled independent hotel and resort investment adviser.
Leadwell is a subsidiary of La Vie Hospitality Group, an owner, operator and third-party hotel management company, who works with numerous established hotel brands providing a unique ‘one-stop-shop’ approach.
Across all operations we deliver a cohesive, strategic and tailored response to our clients’ real estate and hospitality objectives. The group currently operates hotels across Asia Pacific and is headquartered in Sydney with its regional office located in Thailand, managing the Southeast Asian market.
With over 50 years of hospitality industry experience, Leadwell provides comprehensive hotel asset management and advisory services that maximises return and long-term success for hotel owners, investors and developers alike.

Our Team

Pricilla Tran
Chief Financial Officer
Priscilla, a Chartered Accountant, has over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, holding several senior positions. She was previously Chief Financial Officer of Hotel Capital Partners and prior to that, both Company Director of Australia and Director of Finance, Asia-Pacific for AccorInvest, a global hotel investor, owner and operator. Priscilla was also Group Financial Controller in Corporate Office at Accor Hotels, Australia.
Priscilla commenced her career at Ernst & Young as an auditor in the Real Estate, Hospitality and Construction group. She was also Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Benestar, an Employee Services company. In addition to supporting the financial arm of a number of asset & business acquisitions, mergers and divestments, Priscilla’s other achievements involved managing the implementation of new financial and operational systems, processes and policies, both interstate and in Asia, whilst leading, communicating and supporting a number of stakeholders. Priscilla also has extensive experience in directly managing a finance team.

Marcus Hanna
Chief Operating Officer
Marcus Hanna joins Leadwell Mangament after almost two decades with Accor hotels, most recently as Vice President Operations Pacific, Sofitel, MGallery and Emblems. He has worked in Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane, as well as in London, Malta, San Francisco and Singapore, where he was Managing Director for Fairmont Singapore and Swissôtel The Stamford.
His career started at Sydney’s pioneering luxury hotel, The Regent, while he was completing a Hospitality Management course and also pursuing a sporting career in rowing, winning the Australian Champion title many times over and being selected to represent the country on four occasions, twice at the World Championships.
In 1995, Marcus joined InterContinental Sydney before venturing abroad to InterContinental London, Malta, and San Francisco. He returned to Australia almost a decade later and resumed his Australian hospitality career at Sofitel Melbourne. He has opened and operated many award-winning hotels and worked as Project Manager for Sofitel on the opening of the Qantas First Class Lounges in Sydney and Melbourne.

Matt Warby
Procurement
Matt joins the company with over 20 years’ experience within the hospitality industry, having had extensive experience in a variety of operational roles with Intrawest, Mirvac and Accor across 4 continents. Over the last several years Matt has applied that industry knowledge within the development space, focusing on Procurement, Supply Chain and Sourcing solutions for hotel and hospitality development projects in Southeast Asia and the Pacific.
With a tertiary background in Economics and International Business, and a passion for lean theory process improvement gained from his time in the US, Matt brings a unique skill set that allows him to provide a collaborative and diverse approach to providing procurement solutions and sustainable outcomes to a wide variety of projects, circumstances, and stakeholders.
